"A Gaivota" Shelter Home Celebrates Freedom Day with Educational and Creative Activities
Integrated Support Centre for Children "A Gaivota"
On April 25th, the "A Gaivota" Shelter Home celebrated Freedom Day with a series of educational and recreational activities, involving children in a moment of reflection and sharing about the values of democracy and freedom.
Throughout the day, the children participated in learning moments about the meaning of this date, through creative activities adapted to their ages, such as making carnations and artistic expression dynamics.
This initiative allowed for the simple and meaningful promotion of knowledge about the history of Portugal, as well as essential values such as freedom, respect, and citizenship.
